Mary Chapin Meader, daughter of William L. Meader (1838-1913) [0332] and Amelia Frederick (1848-1930), was born in 1871 and died in 1931. She married Angus I. Moore, born in 1870 and died in 1934. He was employed by the United States Transport Shipping Co. They lived in New York City and had a summer home in South Hartford. Both were killed in an automobile accident. They were buried in the Albany Rural Cemetery. There were no children.
